Pivots & Passion

Entrepreneurs typically are great at execution, taking action and creating forward movement. What they do badly, quite often, is quit, pivot, learn and adapt quickly.

It sounds obvious but the very things that make entrepreneurs great — passion, tenacity, resilience — can also be their undoing if they are not prepared to be agile, delete, move in a different direction.

I've had to pivot multiple times and I reconcile this with passion because the mission doesn't change, only the vehicle changes.

Find and stick to your mission and let other elements of your business be fluid.
